ARCTIC GOLD SCHIPPERKES PUPPY QUESTIONAIRE The following questions are being asked of you so that the right puppy and the right placement of each puppy is made by bringing the various requirements of both the puppy and his/her new owner(s) into perspective, BEFORE a choice is made. I hope you will agree that the animal's welfare must be my foremost consideration in considering a placement. Please answer the following questions as completely as you can, and return this form. Occasionally we will keep a show/breeding prospect and for one reason or another does not work out and becomes available to a good home. These dogs have had manners/leash training, house training, crate trained and likely started obedience training as well. The reasons we would be parting with these individuals vary from a wide variety of structural "not-good-enough-to breed" reasons including: poor topline, over angulated rear, low tail set, ear set, etc. and are never personality/disposition flaws.
