     Autoimmune Thyroiditis
     Patellar Luxation
     Eye Cerf
     MPS IIIB Clearance
     Vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo only, single doses
     Rabies (if old enough)

  Show & Breeding Dogs must also have:

     Congenial Cardiac Database
     OFA Hip Evaluation
